Brief
In this academic project I faced the challenge of identifying an app that has user experience problems and redesigning the flow of the app. In this case, I chose InterBus.
Goal
Enhance the user experience through the main flows, searching and buying a ticket.

Approach
I started this project by interviewing InterBus users to understand their behavior and the issues they have with the app. Additionally, to gain a broader view, I conducted a survey to collect data and identify user profiles among these users.
After analyzing the results, I defined a User Persona and then created a User Journey Map. These frameworks provided valuable insights, such as users' frustration with lengthy forms and button placement within the interface.
When comparing the app to the identified issues, I began with information architecture. I reorganized the information architecture through a tree testing process.
The results may seem misleading, but it appeared that the structure wasn't entirely impossible to understand. However, within the app, that architecture didn't make sense. In response, I developed a proposal for information architecture with slight changes to avoid disrupting the original model.
The results of the hybrid card sorting were positive, and I obtained a user-friendly structure that participants understood.
I then moved on to the ideation phase, and based on the results obtained, I created wireframes that evolved through user testing sessions and constant iterations.
